Ryotsu Kankichi, nicknamed Ryo-san, is a senior patrol officer working at the Kamearikoen-mae police box at Katsushika. Because of his daring, hearty, unconventional, haughty and overbearing personality, he is called "letter of apology Ryo-san" and everything he does is nonsense. There is endless trouble wherever Ryo-san goes. He makes Akimoto Catherine Reiko and Nakagawa Keiichi, his juniors from the same police box, fearful. His superior, Ohara-buchou, lives each day as if lightning will strike as a fearless power keeps going off day after day. He definitely doesn't have poor ability as a "patrolman of the police box" in the mediation of quarrels, taking care of New Year's gifts or discussion of neighbourhood problems but he has a bad temper, gets tired of things easily and detests working. He is a police officer but because he loves gambling, he spends his money recklessly and in addition to this mess, is heavily in debt. He has a weakness for get rich quick schemes, and has a manic desire and knowledge to have fun and make money. Then one day, Ryo-san receives a tempting proposition ...

Moose TV is a Canadian television sitcom, airing on Showcase in the 2007-08 television season. The show stars Adam Beach as George Keeshig, a Cree from the fictional community of Moose in northern Quebec, who returns home after a decade living in Toronto to become manager of the local community television station. The cast also includes Gary Farmer, Jennifer Podemski, Nathaniel Arcand, Michelle Latimer, Diane Flacks and Billy Merasty. The show's head writer is Paul Quarrington. The series was directed by Tim Southam. Produced by Rezolution Pictures for the Showcase network in Canada, the series received the Indie Award for Best Comedy Series from the Canadian Film and Television Producers Association in 2008.

TV Colosso was a Brazilian children's television series produced by Rede Globo, that began on April 19, 1993, and finished on January 3, 1997. The show utilized puppets, body puppets, remote-controlled animatronics and bluescreen puppets. It stars a group of working dogs in a TV station that struggle to put her TV shows on air. The show presented "Jornal Colossal"; "Clip-Cão"; "Pedigree", a parody of Rede Globo's soap operas; "As Aventuras do Super-Cão"; "Olimpíadas de Cachorro"; "Acredite Se Puder" satirizing the Ripley's Believe It or Not! ; "ColosShow"; "Asfalto Quente"; "Aprendendo Prá Cachorro"; "CapaShow"; and others. The show was created by Luiz Ferré, a graphic artist, who also created its characters; and directed by J. B. de Oliveira, famous for Rede Globo's hits No Limite and Big Brother Brasil. The puppets were created by Criadores e Criaturas, Ltda. and made by Roberto Dornelles from Grupo 100 Modos de Teatro de Bonecos. It was a big hit on Brazil and worldwide, but was cancelled due to intense production costs. In 2009, the show's return in April of the same year was discussed by the producer, but not happened. Also in that year, it was reported that an DVD box set featuring the show's most important episodes and a Broadway-inspired musical are in works.

ECW Hardcore TV is a professional wrestling television program of Philadelphia-based promotion Extreme Championship Wrestling composed of footage from live shows and recorded interviews. It ran in syndication from 1993 until 2000. Even after ECW gained a nationally-available television program on The Nashville Network, Hardcore TV was considered ECW's flagship program. The rights to the show now belong to World Wrestling Entertainment. The show was voted as Best Weekly Television Show in the 1994, 1995 and 1996 Wrestling Observer Newsletter Awards.
OK! TV is an early evening magazine programme, broadcast on Channel 5 as a brand extension of celebrity title OK! Magazine. It replaced the former magazine and discussion show Live from Studio Five on 14 February 2011, and was presented by Kate Walsh and Matt Johnson, both of whom later left the programme. Jeff Brazier and Jenny Frost replaced Walsh and Johnson in August 2011 and presented the show until its cancellation. The show was made by the 5 News team and produced by Sky News for Channel 5. On 8 November 2011, it was announced that the show has been cancelled by Channel 5. The show aired its final edition on 16 December after ten months on air due to the contract for 5 News returning to ITN.
